Impact

CVE-2026-14199 (Grafana Auth Proxy identity cache key collision) is fixed in upstream Grafana (https://grafana.com/security/security-advisories/cve-2026-14199). percona-grafana is built from Percona's Grafana fork (github.com/percona/grafana, branch pmm-3.9.1), which is based on Grafana 12.4.5 and still builds the unfixed cache key in pkg/services/authn/clients/proxy.go. Grafana is the fork's own main module, so it cannot be updated through a dependency bump. PMM 3.9.1 is the latest Percona release; remediation requires a Percona Grafana release that includes the fix.
