Impact

The vulnerable version of rustls-webpki is pulled in as a transitive dependency when Zed's own HTTP client isn't used when constructing the AWS SDK config, falling back to the AWS SDK to use its default TLS connector features. This requires upstream changes to prevent the affected version from being included.
