Impact

A bundled Ruby metrics component is pinned to the sinatra 3.2.x line by an upstream gemspec constraint. The fix in sinatra 4.1.0 requires rack 3, which is incompatible with the component's rack 2 dependency tree, so it cannot be applied until upstream adds rack 3 support.
