Impact
The github.com/docker/docker dependency, detected at v28.5.2+incompatible, is vulnerable. The github.com/docker/docker module path has no fixed release beyond v28.5.2; the fix is published only on the successor module path github.com/moby/moby/v2 (the Moby 2.x / Docker 29+ line). This dependency is brought in transitively via GitLab Runner and cannot be repointed to the new module path without upstream source changes. Awaiting an upstream GitLab Runner release that consumes Docker from the github.com/moby/moby/v2 module line.
