Impact

Apache Kafka 3.x is built on the Jetty 9.4 line and cannot move to Jetty 12 without the API changes introduced in Kafka 4.0. The Jetty 9.4 release that fixes CVE-2026-19203 (9.4.64) has not been published publicly; the latest public Jetty 9.4 release (9.4.58.v20250814) is still affected. Remediation requires a public Jetty 9.4 release containing the fix.
