Impact

Not fixed. The earlier fixed event was emitted when yarn.lock stopped being shipped in the package, not by an upgrade: GitLab's yarn.lock still locks echarts 5.6.0 (via @gitlab/ui ^5.6.0) and the compiled assets bundle it, including the Lines series. The fix (apache/echarts#21608) is only in echarts 6.1.0, a major version GitLab has not adopted, so this waits for upstream GitLab to move to echarts >= 6.1.0.
