Impact

bcpkix-jdk18on / bcprov-jdk18on are bundled inside shaded uber-JARs (pinot-all-jar-with-dependencies and shaded plugin JARs). The maven-shade-plugin captures the transitively-resolved bouncycastle version at shade time, so build-level version overrides are not reflected in the final shaded artifact. Fix gated on upstream pinot updating its bouncycastle dependency or shade configuration.
