go-openssl-1.26 is built from the golang-fips/go OpenSSL patch set, whose latest release (go1.26.7-2-openssl-fips) is based on Go 1.26.7; this vulnerability is fixed in Go 1.26.9. The golang-fips update to Go 1.26.9 is in progress upstream (https://github.com/golang-fips/go/pull/387) and has not been released yet.
