Impact

GHSA-j88v-2chj-qfwx covers three pgx variants. Harbor pins github.com/jackc/pgx/v4 @ v4.18.3 transitively via upstream goharbor's go.mod. The advisory's affected list shows v4 abandoned with no fix planned (firstPatchedVersion: null for both v3 and v4 ranges); only pgx/v5 has a fix (5.9.2). Migrating from pgx/v4 to pgx/v5 is a major API change that has to land upstream goharbor first before we can pick it up here.

Awaiting upstream goharbor migration to pgx/v5 in a tagged harbor release; this advisory will close once that bump ships.
