Impact

CloudWatch-exporter currently ships with Jetty-HTTP version 11.0.24. Bumping to the earliest patched version, 12.0.31, causes the CloudWatch webserver to crash on startup. Upstream has a few open PRs to bump Jetty-HTTP that have not been actioned in a long time. Upstream will need to migrate the codebase to support the patched Jetty-HTTP version.
