Impact

oranda transitively pulls rustls-webpki 0.101.7 via reqwest 0.11.27 → rustls 0.21.12. GHSA-965h-392x-2mh5 is patched only in rustls-webpki >= 0.103.12 (no 0.101.x/0.102.x backport). Reaching it requires rustls 0.23.25+, which requires reqwest 0.12+ — an API-breaking jump needing source changes in oranda. Upstream oranda is stale: last release v0.6.5 (2024-08-08) and main still pins reqwest 0.11.x, so no newer release to follow. Pending upstream reqwest-0.12 migration.
