Impact
The fix requires github.com/docker/docker >=29.3.1, but no release exists on that module path at or above v29 — the fix only exists under the new github.com/moby/moby/v2 module (>=2.0.0-beta.8), which crossplane's crank subcommand has not migrated to (only done in crossplane v2.3.x+). A version bump on the current module path cannot satisfy the fixed range.
