Impact

The flagged jackson-core is shaded (relocated under org.apache.hadoop.shaded) inside modules/hdfs/lib/hadoop-client-runtime-3.4.3.jar, which bundles jackson-core 2.12.7 (Hadoop 3.4.x jackson2.version). CVE-2025-49128 is fixed in 2.13.0. Solr's own jackson-core is already 2.18.9 via the jackson-bom override; Gradle version constraints cannot reach the shaded copy. The latest Hadoop release, 3.4.3, still pins 2.12.7, and so does branch-3.4; only Hadoop trunk (unreleased 3.5.0) has moved to 2.18.10. Waiting for upstream Hadoop to release a hadoop-client-runtime with jackson-core >= 2.13.0.
