Impact
This package installs the vLLM 0.20.0 release wheel that NeMo RL 0.7.0, the latest NeMo RL release, pins. The fix is only in newer vLLM releases, and moving to them requires changes to NeMo RL's own vLLM integration code, so remediation requires a NeMo RL release that moves to a fixed vLLM version; NeMo RL's development branch already pins vLLM 0.29.0.
