Impact

The front-proxy header-stripping fix for this authentication bypass was released upstream only in kcp v0.31.4 and v0.32.2. The upstream release-0.30 branch has received no changes since April 2026, has no point release past v0.30.3, and the fix was not backported to it. No fix is planned for the 0.30 version stream. Users should upgrade to kcp 0.31.4 or later.
