Impact

This affects the netty-transport-native-epoll native-transport artifact bundled in the upstream Cruise Control library set. The fix is available in netty 4.1.135.Final, but the classifier-qualified native binding is resolved transitively and is not overridden by dependency management; it cannot be updated cleanly without an upstream change to the bundled dependency set. A pending-upstream-fix is filed until the bundled native-transport artifact is updated.
