Impact

GitLab CE FIPS 18.1.5 uses github.com/docker/docker v26.1.5+incompatible, which is vulnerable to CVE-2025-54410 (firewalld reload removes bridge network isolation in Docker/Moby). Fixed versions: 25.0.13, 28.0.0. Deferring to upstream GitLab to address this CVE in a subsequent update. See: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/dependencies.html.
