Impact

CVE-2026-54514 (GHSA-hgj6-7826-r7m5) affects jackson-databind 2.19.0-2.21.3 (fixed 2.21.4); Elasticsearch's managed jackson-databind is 2.18.9 and unaffected. The remaining detection is jackson-databind 2.21.3 shaded inside the prebuilt Apache parquet-hadoop-bundle 1.17.1 (the latest release), which cannot be overridden at build time. Pending a new parquet-hadoop-bundle that embeds jackson-databind >= 2.21.4.
