Impact

kayenta inherits micrometer-core 1.11.12 from the Spring Boot platform of the upstream Spinnaker dependency set, and upstream Micrometer has published fixes only in the 1.15.x and 1.16.x lines. No fix exists for the 1.10.x through 1.14.x lines, so remediation depends on the upstream project moving to a Spring Boot release that supplies a fixed Micrometer version.
