Impact

jetty-server 8.1.18.v20150929 (jetty-server-8.1.18.v20150929.jar) is a Maven plugin-realm artifact: it is pulled into the local repository by build plugins during the Hadoop 3.5.0 build and is declared in no project POM, so neither dependencyManagement nor a version property can reach it. It only ships because hadoop-fips-3.5 packages the whole Maven local repository. Pending an upstream Hadoop release whose build plugins no longer resolve this artifact.
