Impact

The fix ships only in Spring Framework 6.x, which requires Java 17; ranger 2.9.0 imports jdk.nashorn and cannot leave Java 11. 5.3.39 is the last openly published 5.3.x. A fix requires upstream ranger to move onto a supported Spring line.
