GitLab's devfile gem ships a prebuilt binary that embeds oras.land/oras-go v1.2.5, including its file store tar extraction. oras-go v1 is no longer maintained and has no fixed release; the fix is in oras.land/oras-go/v2 2.6.2. The latest devfile gem (0.5.6) still uses oras-go v1.2.5. This will be updated once the devfile gem moves to a fixed oras-go release.
