Impact

The github.com/jackc/pgproto3/v2 module at version v2.3.3 is vulnerable to GHSA-x6gf-mpr2-68h6 (negative field length panic in DataRow.Decode). The v2 module is end-of-life with no patched version available (GHSA firstPatchedVersion: null). The fix exists only in pgproto3 v3.x, which is a different Go module path (github.com/jackc/pgproto3/v3). Resolution requires upstream Teleport to migrate from pgproto3/v2 to pgproto3/v3.
