Impact

jackson-core 3.0.4 (tools.jackson.core) is a direct dependency of flyway-fips. The GHSA fix version is 3.1.0, but upgrading 3.0.4→3.1.0 breaks flyway compilation due to API changes in the Jackson 3.x series. Fix requires upstream flyway to release a version compatible with jackson-core >=3.1.0.
