Impact

The fixes are in libthrift 0.23.0/0.24.0, a major Thrift runtime change the Hive 3.1.3 and HBase plugin bundles shipped here are not compiled against. Upstream ranger, including master, still pins 0.14.0. A fix requires upstream ranger to align on a newer Thrift runtime.
