Impact

net-imap 0.2.5 is bundled inside the JRuby stdlib at vendor/jruby/lib/ruby/gems/shared/specifications/net-imap-0.2.5.gemspec, separate from the bundler-managed gems. Logstash's runtime loads the bundler-managed net-imap, so the vulnerable stdlib copy is not on the active load path. Awaiting upstream Logstash to drop the JRuby stdlib net-imap (as 9.3 already does — 8.19, 9.0, and 9.3 do not ship this path).
