Impact

Resolving this CVE requires upgrading the 'open-policy-agent/opa' dependency to v0.68.0 or higher. Upgrading this introduces compatibility issues with other dependencies at buildtime. For example: 'meter does not implement "go.opentelemetry.io/otel/metric'. Waiting for upstream to release a fix for this.
