Impact

github.com/jackc/pgproto3/v2 v2.3.3 is the final release of the v2 module - no patch will be issued. Harbor uses github.com/jackc/pgx/v4, which transitively depends on pgproto3/v2. The fix path requires migrating to pgx/v5 (which uses pgproto3/v3). Harbor upstream has not begun this migration and has no open issues or PRs tracking it.
