Impact

The affected library is not consumed as a standalone dependency at this location. It is relocated and repackaged inside a prebuilt third-party archive consumed as a released binary artifact, so its version is determined by that archive rather than by this build dependency declarations. The most recent published release of that archive still embeds a version below the one carrying the fix, so the bundled copy cannot be raised independently. This will be resolved once the upstream project publishes a release built against a patched library.
