golang.org/x/crypto/openpgp is unmaintained upstream with no planned fix (GO-2026-5932); no patched version exists. Reachable in cosign only via sigstore/rekor's optional PGP transparency-log entry type (pkg/cosign -> rekor/pkg/types/rekord -> rekor/pkg/pki/pgp -> x/crypto/openpgp), confirmed by govulncheck. No fix until upstream removes/replaces openpgp.
