GHSA-54rx-5x9g-g465 - ImageMagick 6.9.13.59 is built without the OpenEXR delegate (OPENEXR_DELEGATE is undefined in magick-baseconfig.h and configure.xml lists no exr delegate). The EXR coder (RegisterEXRImage) is not compiled into libMagickCore and no shipped library links libOpenEXR.
