github.com/chrismellard/docker-credential-acr-env is linked into the binary via carvel-dev/imgpkg's own direct import in its registry keychain code, confirmed reachable via static call-graph analysis. The dependency is dead upstream (no commits since 2023-03-04, issue #21 unaddressed); imgpkg has made no equivalent change through its latest release or development branch. No fixed version of the vulnerable module exists. Not fixable at this time; tracking for an upstream fix.
