The apisix-ingress-controller cannot be rebuilt with the latest protobuf due to usage of deprecated symbols from github.com/golang/protobuf. Upstream needs to migrate to google.golang.org/protobuf and regenerate .pb.go files to unblock CVE fixes via dependency updates.
