This vulnerability affects github.com/docker/docker (also known as github.com/moby/moby) versions up to v28.3.2. The version currently in use is v28.3.3, which already includes the patch: https://github.com/moby/moby/commit/bea959c7b793b32a893820b97c4eadc7c87fabb0. However, the CVE detection appears to be incorrectly triggered due to a version parsing mismatchlikely because the module version includes a +incompatible suffix.
