Impact

The vulnerable aiohttp 3.14.3 is vendored by ray 2.59.0 under ray/_private/runtime_env/agent/thirdparty_files (the Ray runtime environment agent), separate from the site-packages aiohttp, which is updated to 3.14.5. ray 2.59.0 is the latest release, and its upstream setup.py still pins aiohttp==3.14.3 for these vendored files. A fix requires a ray release that vendors aiohttp 3.14.4 or later.
