Impact

apache-beam 2.74.0 constrains cryptography>=39.0.0,<48.0.0 (setup.py). The fix for GHSA-537c-gmf6-5ccf is only available in cryptography 48.0.1, which is outside Beam's supported range. No released Beam version (through 2.74.0, the latest) nor master relaxes this cap. Pending an upstream Beam release that supports cryptography>=48.
