tar is a direct dependency of OpenSearch Dashboards pinned to ^6.1.11. The fix requires tar 7.5.8, a major version upgrade with breaking changes. Yarn resolutions cannot override a direct dependency pin across major versions. Upstream must update their dependency before this can be fixed.
