Impact

Loki at v3.6.x is pinned to prometheus v0.311.2; the CVE fixes are in v0.311.3+, which removed the model.ValidationScheme.IsValidLabelName method that loki pkg/ruler/compat.go still references. The bump cannot be applied cleanly until upstream Loki adapts to the new prometheus label-validation API.
