Impact

The vulnerable github.com/docker/docker code is pinned transitively via an upstream replace directive to a fork build on a release line that predates the fix on this module path. The fix is published only under the renamed github.com/moby/moby/v2 module (Docker Engine 29.x), which the upstream project has not adopted on this release line. Resolution is pending an upstream migration to the fixed module path.
