Impact

github.com/docker/docker v28.0.0+incompatible is compiled into the devfile gem's Go binary (srv/gitlab/vendor/bundle/ruby//gems/devfile-/out), which this package rebuilds. The fix is published only under github.com/moby/moby/v2 (Docker Engine v29); github.com/docker/docker has no patched release (latest v28.5.2, v28.x backport untagged). Reaching the fix requires upstream devfile to migrate its imports to the moby/moby/v2 SDK.
