Impact

This vulnerability originates from a dependency on k8s.io/kubernetes v1.29.14. Attempts to upgrade to a patched version of k8s.io/kubernetes currently result in build failures. Upstream has bumped the dependency to v1.34 in PR https://github.com/argoproj/argo-rollouts/pull/4497. However, no release including these changes is available yet, and cherry-picking the PR is not feasible due to merge conflicts. [v2-migration]
