Impact

k3s v1.35.3+k3s1 vendors github.com/docker/docker at v25.0.8+incompatible via a replace directive in go.mod. The fix for GHSA-pxq6-2prw-chj9 (off-by-one error in plugin privilege validation) is in docker/moby v29.3.1, which has been released. Upgrading from v25.0.8 to v29.3.1 is a major version jump that requires upstream k3s to update their docker dependency. No upstream k3s issue or PR tracking this update was found.
