Impact

Fix committed upstream (23602df9cd1b485c45ba6f533d3b85569de3f323, avformat/hls: enforce protocol checks when opening child playlists) and released only in 8.1.3 and 9.0; not backported to this release branch and no point release on this branch contains it. The vulnerable code is present and compiled in the shipped version.
