Impact

nemo-rl-cuda-13.0 includes prebuilt Go binaries from upstream Python distributions, wandb 0.30.0 (wandb-core) and mooncake-transfer-engine 0.3.13.post1 (libetcd_wrapper.so). These are the latest upstream releases, and both were built with the affected Go toolchain version. Remediation requires new upstream releases built with Go 1.27.2 or later.
