Impact

The vulnerable code is in libavfilter/dnn/dnn_backend_tf.c, the TensorFlow DNN backend, which is compiled only with --enable-libtensorflow. This package has never been built with that option, and dnn_backend_tf.o is absent from the shipped static libavfilter archive on both architectures, so the affected code is not included.
