Vulnerable code not in execute path

Impact

keycloak-config-cli uses Jackson's synchronous ObjectMapper for reading Keycloak YAML/JSON configuration files and does not use the async JSON parser which is the vulnerable code path in GHSA-72hv-8253-57qq. The GHSA specifically describes a vulnerability in the async parser (JsonParserImpl). This is the same determination as for keycloak-26.5, confirmed upstream in https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak/issues/46757.
