Impact

oranda transitively pulls rustls-webpki 0.101.7 via reqwest 0.11.13 → rustls 0.21.12. GHSA-82j2-j2ch-gfr8 is only patched in rustls-webpki >= 0.103.13 (no 0.101.x or 0.102.x backport exists). Reaching the patched line requires rustls 0.23.25+, which in turn requires reqwest 0.12+ — an API-breaking jump that needs source changes in oranda. Upstream oranda is stale: last release v0.6.5 was 2024-08-08 and the main branch still pins reqwest = "0.11.13", so no newer upstream release is available to follow. Pending upstream reqwest-0.12 migration.
