Impact

Fixed in the 9.0.1 release by release/9.0 commit b274f0d21ba6, a backport of master commit 9d786e4b5e9b ("avformat/mpegenc: reject stream counts that overflow the system header"). The commit is an ancestor of tag n9.0.1 and not of n9.0. The first apk built from n9.0.1 is 9.0.1-r0, and its libavformat mpegenc object contains the new "Too many streams" check, which 9.0-r0 lacks. Scanners still match because the CVE affected range is an unbounded git commit range.
