Impact

CVE-2026-112913 only affects filelock's ReadWriteLock on Windows, where another local account can place SQLite side files that the lock user cannot delete beside the lock database. This package is built for and runs only on Linux, so the Windows-specific behavior cannot occur; the Linux form of this defect is tracked separately as GHSA-v4x8-3wr5-3wq8.
