Impact

We are currently unable to upgrade shiro-spring as it depends directly on the same version as shiro-core and to remediate this CVE it requires a bump between major versions and when we are trying to upgrade to the fixed version we get build failures. Apache ActiveMQ maintainers have to do the necessary changes in the code in order to be able to support v2 of shiro-core.
